Ordering, payment and shipping information

Ordering and Payment

We are not taking online payment at the moment. We feel that it is important to speak to you and make sure that we complete your order exactly to your requirements. Please call us on 020 8365 3143 or email

When we take your order we will give you an order number and you can pay by credit / debit card or send a cheque. Cheques are only accepted in the UK, drawn on UK bank accounts - and these take 5 working days to clear.

We deliver within the UK, postage and packing are added to each order. If you wish us to send your order to a delivery address that is different from your billing address  please make sure to let us know. Orders are normally despatched within 14 days but please allow up to 28 days as each order is custom made.  Manufacture will only begin once payment has been received and cleared.

Please make sure to read our Terms and Conditions before ordering. Placing your order indicates you have read and agreed to these. If you have any queries or comments please do not hesitate to call or email us at the number or address above.

Cancellation and Returns

If you cancel within 24 hours of submitting your order there will be no charge or penalty. After this there will be a 20% charge to set off our time and costs. To do this you must phone us with your order number or send us an email confirming that you wish to cancel.

We cannot accept returns on your own designs. If you wish to return a mural using one of our images you must contact us first.  We will give a maximum refund of 50% at our discretion. Refunds are given on the condition that the tiles are returned and received by us in their original and new condition and in their original packaging.

A refund will be credited to your account as soon as possible after receipt of the returned goods. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded after despatch.

Goods damaged in transit

Goods are shipped by a reputable courier or postal service. If any tiles arrive damaged you must inform us within 24 hours quoting the order number on any correspondence. We will reprint them and ship them at our expense. You must keep the damaged items and packaging for the shipper’s inspection as we will make a claim with the shipper.

Tiles damaged during installation – special offer

If you damage a tile during installation we will replace the tile at our single tile rate + postage and packing. You need to contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number and the TILE NUMBER.
